Just as a little more info: It depends to a great extent on what you really need to do as well as how you are running Win7. If you installed Win7 on Boot Camp partition then No, you cannot use Office for Mac while your Mac is booted as a Window machine. OTOH, if Win7 is installed as a VM (using Parallels or Fusion) you can run Office 2011 apps in OS X just as you normally would & be able to switch over to your VM to use whatever Windows software you have installed on it. As Jim said, however, you cannot install any version of Mac software on any version of the Windows OS.
